Not bad for a car rack with not hitch

Pros:
Lightweight, Durable, Easy to Install, Easy to Use
Cons:
Scratches Car
Best Uses:

I can not get 3 bikes with the proximity of the fasteners. I believe that if I were able to carry my 2 bikes closer to the car it would increase the stability

Mostly easy to use, simple carrier

Pros:
Lightweight, Easy to Install, Durable
Cons:
Hard to Install or Use
Best Uses:
Road Bikes, Mountain Bikes, Large Cars
My only complaint is that the straps are really stiff and can be difficult to use. The teeth on the straps dig into my hand when I try to pull them tight. Would nice if they had a pull ring on the end of the strap.

Worked great.

Pros:
Lightweight, Stable, Durable
Cons:
Best Uses:
Road Bikes, Small Cars, Mountain Bikes
Worked well for a Florida trip when we took 1 bike down and loaded 2 more bikes locally when there. Had a flat tire on the car on the way down and much to my delight the rack and 1 bike lifted with the trunk lid without detaching, although this is not a recommended sales point. Held on firmly without wiggle at highway speeds with firm cross winds.

Cons:
Weak Construction

it's a great product, but unfortunately the customer service is lacking. My Saris broke and the company was not willing to replace it free of charge. they would only give me a discount on purchasing a new one. so i am driving around with a broken Saris which doesn't let me open the rear door of my SUV.

Secure Once Customized to My Subaru

Pros:
Lightweight, Easy to Install, Easy to Use, Durable
Cons:
Best Uses:
Small Cars, Mountain Bikes
Took a while to set it up for mu Subaru Imprezza hatchback, but it's so much easier at the end of many miles of trail riding to lift my bike onto my hatch versus the old-fashioned way of lifting it on my roof rack! My back and very tired arms thank you, Saris, for an affordable and easy way to transport my 29er.

I like my new Saris bike rack!

Pros:
Lightweight, Easy to Install, Durable, Stable, Easy to Use
Cons:
Best Uses:
Will work on any vehicle
I purchased the 3 bike rack for my new SUV. I like the slope when adding multiple bikes, less likely to rub against each other. The unit is light and very easy to install. The tilt feature is nice and use it regularly. Absolutely no issues. I also bought a loading bar for my wife's bike and it's perfect. Saris makes good quality equipment.

Bought this rack today for my new bikes. Setup was fairly easy, some tools are needed. On the way home the rack did sway quite a bit, but no harm done.

works as advertised

Pros:
Durable, Easy to Install, Lightweight
Cons:
Best Uses:
Road Bikes
Be warned - the positioning of the arms requires a certain top tube length for your bike to fit. 1) no step through bikes, which is the same for any bike rack like this. 2) at least 48cm top tube - some of those XS frames wont have the front-back length to fit on here. If you meet those criteria, this rack is great. Its light weight, the arms fold down out of the way when not in use, bikes fit securely, and if you tighten the bolt at the bottom there is very little wobble. I replaced a 10yr old Yakima rack with this and have been using it consistently for 2 years without any issues.

Inconvenient at best

Pros:
Easy to Install
Cons:
Unstable, Limited range for positioning
Best Uses:
Not my bikes
The arms won't range to allow for ease of positioning bikes. The hitch attachment is not stable. I can't fit my heavier bike at the back of the car bc of inability of the arms to be repositioned. The bikes wobble the entire time we are driving. Very disappointed in this hitch rack.

difficult to use,

Pros:
Easy to Install
Cons:
Unstable, Hard to Install or Use
Best Uses:
I felt unsafe with this thing on my car. Very difficult to get any bikes on it. I have a GT, which doesn't fit because of the cross members.. Also tough to get my sins smaller mountain bike (24"), or his friends bike (freestyle).
