it's good, but..

Pros:
Durable, Easy to Use
Cons:
Not suitable for carbon mtn bikes
Best Uses:
Road Bikes, Small Cars
the bracket for the bikes is ideal for road bikes. But my new carbon mountain bike has a less than ideal fit. The space on the rack has a very specific shape, so road bikes fit well. Steel mtn bikes, no problem, but any wider tube bikes are a challenge. I can understand why folks are moving to tray systems.

I was really concerned about getting a rack to fit the car and was easy to take off and put on. This rack nailed it. Plus it looks good on the car. I highly recommend this to others looking for a rack .

I would have to think twice about ordering again!

Pros:
Easy to Use, Easy to Install, Lightweight
Cons:
Straps don't? hold up?, Weak Construction
Best Uses:
Small Cars
Ordered the rack along with the combo lock and cable. When I opened the box the package the lock and cable came in was just thrown in the box with the rack. It came open during shipment and the locks and cable were strewn throughout the box. After unpacking/assembling/mounting to my car I noticed one of the end caps was cracked. I contacted customer service who sent me new end caps but a different color. Upon using the rack only two times one of the anti sway straps wouldn't come undone and now no longer works. Again they are shipping me new parts. I guess that is why they give you a lifetime warranty because at this rate I am going to keep needing it.
